Joséphine Thebault, 27 years old and an IPAG's graduate of the 2016 class, co-founded URBAN CUISINE two years ago. Today, she is launching her range of innovative products that allow her to grow fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs in her apartment without necessarily having a green thumb.
