Organised in the form of a call for projects, the IPAG Youth Entrepreneurship Awards 2022 (YEA) is a competition that will highlight and reward young talents, future entrepreneurs and carriers of impactful projects. All high school students in their final year of high school in France can participate, either alone or in teams of two to four people.
The rules of the YEA competition
Candidates pitch their business idea, solidarity project or association in a 60 to 90-second video. All team members must appear in the video, but not all are required to pitch. Projects must be viable, innovative and sustainable.
Participants can compete in 4 categories:
- Tech & innovation
- Green business, social & humanitarian impact
- Fashion & luxury
- Health & well-being
How to participate
Applications can only be made on the website, the conditions are as follows:
- You must be in your final year of high school in France
- Applications can be made individually or as a team (maximum 4 members)
- The members of a team must be in the same school
The competition schedule
- 25 Nov. 2021 – 31 Jan. 2022: Application phase, submission of videos.
- 16 Jan. 2022 – 13 Feb. 2022: Selection of regional semi-finalists (public votes).
- 5 March 2022: Regional semi-final, semi-finalists pitch their project.
- 26 March 2022: Grand final at IPAG, in the form of a full day of immersion on the Beaugrenelle campus, during which the finalists mobilise all their skills to make a complete final pitch. They will be coached and guided by experts.
At the end of the grand final, the jury will select one winner per category.
A trip to New York and full coaching to win
Each winner in each category will win:
- A trip to New York to visit the city's entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Incubation in the 1to9 Factory, IPAG's physical incubator
- Free support from Studio Gomu Digital Designs, the creative digital communication agency, for the creation of the visual identity of the project
- Unlimited access to ABLE, IPAG Business School's new virtual incubator
