IPAG adapts its courses by analysing the job market with Randstad Smartdata
In order to facilitate the integration of our young graduates into the job market, especially in a difficult economic context, we are always seeking to strengthen the alignment of our educational offer with the expectations of recruiters.
Recently, the IPAG Development Committee drew on Randstad's expertise to feed its reflections on how we can develop profiles of students that are perfectly in tune with the needs of recruiters as well as identifying the professions of tomorrow.
Randstad's Big Data solution used a very precise mapping of the jobs occupied by our young graduates and scanned more than 11,000 recruitment sites before isolating 125,000 job offers matching IPAG Master's degree career opportunities.
The analysis of these data made it possible to identify the expectations of recruiters, in terms of skills and know-how, for seven domains for which we prepare our students:
