The great annual meeting of the circular economy at IPAG took place on 22 February in the large amphitheatre of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Organised by the Circular Economy Chair and the IPAG Green School student association, the 4th edition of the Green Talks was an opportunity to reward the most innovative start-up of the year in terms of sustainable development and eco-responsibility.

The representatives of Save Market, La Fabrique à feuilles, Wattpark, auum and SAJ Light Solar each had 10 minutes to present their company, its values and its projects to the public in the presence of Dominique Bonet Fernandez, Director of the Circular Economy Chair and François-Michel Lambert, MP and President of the INEC.

Participating start-ups:

  • La Fabrique à feuilles - The urban greening accelerator seeking to develop strategic partnerships between players in the sector, companies and local authorities.
  • Save Market - The start-up that buys back computer equipment to give it a second life.
  • Wattpark - The network of shared charging stations for electric cars, connecting owners of charging stations with drivers of electric cars.
  • Auum - The single cup cleaning solution to replace thousands of discarded cups.
  • SAJ Light Solar - The start-up behind France's first solar-powered “all-in-one” bag.

After the circular economy roundtable, the jury decided to award the Start-up Trophy to auum and its CEO Clément Houllier for their cleaning solution to combat single-use cups. The auum-S technology allows to clean, disinfect and dry a glass by Bodum in 10 seconds with only 2cl of water and without any chemical product. Their ambition: to equip meeting rooms, offices and co-working spaces of companies that wish to commit to zero waste.

Through these Green Talks, IPAG is proud to offer a space for exchange on these subjects and to promote start-ups committed to sustainable growth.
