Analysing the economic benefits to companies by managing diverse teams and presenting diversity management tools and best practices.
The implementation of a diversity approach is at the junction of ethical concerns, legal obligations (prevention of discrimination...), reputation issues and economic calculations (overall performance of the organisation). Advocating responsible, operational and daily management of diverse teams, we propose three levels of action (and many practical tools) to achieve, through diversity management, the overall performance of companies.
Delivered entirely ONLINE (delivered in real time with the speaker), this programme can be followed regardless of your geographical location.

Objectives• Repositioning the issue of diversity in companies.
• Dissecting the benefits of diversity management implemented within companies (in terms of image, HRM, business practices, marketing and team creativity).
• Proposing a global diversity management strategy.
• Equiping participants with concepts from organisational science, law and corporate best practices.
