Organised on the Nice campus by the student association IPAG Club Finance on 19 November, the conference entitled: "Investing: how to become a young millionaire?" brought together no less than 160 IPAG students.
Sebastien Cavernes, Chief of Investment at Groupe Edmond de Rothschild Monacoand and Wilfrid Pham, former Head of Equity at Generali, were first able to provide valuable advice on investment opportunities for young working people, before engaging in a fine exchange with the audience, particularly on the issue of ethical and sustainable investments.
This conference also enabled our students to learn a little more about career prospects in the world of finance. This may inspire them to choose this specialisation in Master programme or to do an internship in this field during their studies.
As is the tradition at IPAG, the evening ended with a convivial cocktail party which encouraged exchanges between the speakers and our students in a less formal way.
