Researcher and lecturer in entrepreneurship, holding a PhD from Université Paris Cité and a Master's degree from Euromed Marseille, her PhD thesis focuses on the multidimensionality of entrepreneurial well-being.
As an entrepreneur since 2010, she began her professional career as a key account manager in the banking sector (2007-2009), then as a sales director in the textile industry (2009-2011), before transitioning to higher education in 2017. She is currently the head of the "Entrepreneurship" specialization at IPAG.
As a member of the Amarok Observatory, she also works as a consultant in strategic business development and executive health prevention.
