The Green Talks, or the great annual meeting of the circular economy at the IPAG, took place on 17 February by videoconference, due to the health context.
This 3rd edition, organised by the IPAG Green School student association and led by Dominique Bonet Fernandez, Director of the IPAG Chair in Collaborative and Circular Economy, brought together experts in ecodesign, recycling, responsible consumption and more generally sustainable development for a moment of sharing and convivial exchanges.
At a time when the 2020 law on the fight against waste and the circular economy is starting to apply, the main round table of the evening was organised around the theme of single-use plastics, in the presence of Member of Parliament François-Michel Lambert, who is also President of the INEC (Institut National de l'Economie Circulaire).
And as every year, the Green Talks were also an opportunity to reward the most innovative start-up in terms of sustainable development. Companies such as Kerhea, Pandaplace, Birds For Change, GlobeDreamers and Futuramat competed in this year's exam. Our jury, composed of representatives from Max Havelaar, the association Faire Un Monde Equitable and the start-up Rituel Café, winner in 2020, among others, chose to reward Kerhea, which produces and distributes containers made from 100% recycled plants.
With these Green Talks, IPAG is proud to offer a space for exchange on these subjects and to reward young entrepreneurs committed to sustainable growth. See you in 2022 for the 4th edition and, once again, congratulations to Kerhea!
