Change, or even rupture, is a frequent consequence of the company's development. The quest for performance, reactivity or innovation leads to the questioning of organisations and professions. Managers must know how to create a new dynamic and lead everyone to be an actor of change.
In their desire to lead transformations within their teams, it is essential that managers identify and know the individual drivers of change. Knowing how to distinguish between internal resistance to change and the facilitators on whom to rely, developing a reactive organisation adapted to the situation and strengthening their own capacity to lead change, is today a decisive competitive advantage.

Admission
• To identify the challenges in change management: the change curve (analysis by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross); the various resistances to change; origins and manifestations.
• Identifying possible behaviours in the face of change: drivers, followers, opponents, employees in retreat. How can these types of behaviour be recognised and managed?
• Knowing the actions to be taken and the conditions of success to prepare, then manage and implement the change.
