Presentation
A new era is upon us, and it requires us to make fundamental changes to the way we manage.
Remote management, in line with today's complex business ecosystem, is a response to changes in our working methods, our methods of communication, the digitalisation of tasks and individual and collective commitments.
The aim of this training is to meet new performance requirements in organisations and to develop new key skills to enable operational and local managers to succeed in their missions.
At the end of the course, each participant will have revisited his or her management approach and defined personal development paths.
Admission
- Develop new forms and methods of remote working by integrating the diversity of relationships (face-to-face, remote, synchronous, asynchronous, biorhythmic, idiorhythmic)
- Rethinking management methods around key skills
- Create virtual proximity and effective communication with your team
At the end of the course, participants will be able to put into practice the skills they have acquired in the following areas:
- Remote delegation and employee autonomy
- Accountability for results and day-to-day commitment
- Collective assessment and recognition
