Presentation
The IPAG Bachelor's Degree in Management is a three-year degree program accredited by the French government, awarding a Bachelor's Degree at the three campuses in Paris, Nice, and Thionville-Luxembourg.
It is open to students who have completed their high school diploma via Parcoursup or through parallel admission after completing their first year of university or after two years of higher education (BTS or Bachelor's Degree 2). This program, registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) under code 37968, corresponds to a level 6 professional certification. It allows you to obtain the Higher Education Diploma in Management awarded by IPAG Business School.
Highly valued by recruiters for its professional focus, this program offers solid, general training in management and business. It allows students to acquire the skills necessary to enter the professional world after graduation or to continue their studies in a master's program.
The first two years are devoted to acquiring general knowledge in management and administration (core curriculum). They provide a comprehensive overview of how a company operates, offer initial professional and international experience, teach effective working methods, and help students define their professional and personal goals before choosing a professional or sector-specific specialization in the third year, either as a full-time or work-study program.

Specialisations
Digital Marketing & Communication Understanding consumer needs, developing digital communication strategies, and mastering social media are all essential skills in a world where online visibility has become crucial. This specialization will enable you to develop your own digital project and also to work for an advertiser or agency (campus: Paris, Nice or online).
International Business
This specialization allows you to acquire all the skills related to import, purchasing, and commercial management activities. In a multicultural environment that is resolutely open to the world, you will learn to identify new opportunities for businesses, negotiate partnerships, deploy international marketing campaigns, manage supply chains, and more (campuses: Paris, Nice, and Thionville-Luxembourg).
100% in English.
Luxury event management and business tourism
Between permanence and the need for perpetual renewal, luxury requires specific skills. The aim of this specialisation is to give you the knowledge you need to evolve in this demanding world. Whatever your chosen field, you'll learn to decipher consumer needs and behaviours in order to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This specialisation aims to train multi-skilled professionals in the fields of events management and tourism (campuses: Paris, Nice).
Wealth Management
You enjoy understanding financial mechanisms and have a flair for business and interpersonal skills. You will develop the financial, technical, and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in the banking and insurance sector or in a wealth management firm (campus: Nice).
Entrepreneurship & Business Development
You are creative, innovative, and results-oriented. We will prepare you for careers in sales or entrepreneurship in business creation or takeover (campus: Paris and Nice).
Accounting & Finance
This specialization provides students with operational expertise, enabling them to acquire knowledge related to the banking and finance sectors (campus: Thionville-Luxembourg).
Industrial Management
This specialization, which will open in September 2026 on the Thionville-Luxembourg campus, aims to give students a comprehensive understanding of the transport and logistics function. A true pillar of corporate strategy, industrial management consists of organizing all of an organization's physical and information flows and requires technical and managerial skills (campus: Thionville-Luxembourg).
