International Classes in Paris

A preparatory year to succeed in higher education in France

The International Classes programme is an academic year designed for international students who wish to:

  • Adapt to the French higher education system
  • Strengthen their academic level
  • Improve their French (FLE) and language skills
  • Discover French culture and the European economic environment
  • Prepare for integration into a Bachelor's or Master's programme in France

This year serves as a bridge to higher education in business schools in France.

Aims of the International Classes programme

1. Academic Preparedness

  • Acquire French academic working methods
  • Develop critical analysis and argumentation skills
  • Consolidate basic knowledge of mathematics and economics
  • Understand contemporary geopolitical and economic issues

2. Language learning and improvement

  • Intensive courses in French as a Foreign Language (FLE)
  • Academic English practice
  • Learning or improving Spanish
  • Preparation for DELF certification

3. Personal and professional development

  • Public speaking
  • Leadership and teamwork
  • Intercultural communication
  • Understanding the business world in France

4. Cultural and social integration

  • Discover French history and society.
  • Introduction to the French art of living.
  • Participation in student associations.
  • Company visits and immersion in the Parisian economic environment.

🎯 Final objective: to enable students to be fully prepared, academically, linguistically and culturally, to enrol in a degree programme in France.

Detailed academic programme

First half of the year

  • Written and oral intercultural communication
  • General culture and contemporary issues
  • Personal development and soft skills
  • Mathematical methods and tools
  • Company visits
  • Languages: English, Spanish
  • French as a Foreign Language (FLE)
  • Focus: academic adaptation and consolidation of fundamentals.

Second half of the year

  • Geopolitics and contemporary global issues
  • The French art of living
  • Personal development and soft skills
  • Contemporary economic issues
  • Company visits
  • Languages: English, Spanish
  • French as a Foreign Language (FLE)

Focus: international outlook and career prospects.

After the Bachelor's degree in Management

  • Traffic Manager
  • Assistant Product Manager

After the Master's in Management

  • Financial Analyst

Tuition fees

  • €4,500 per year
  • Not included: DELF exam (approximately €160)
