What work-study courses are available at IPAG Business School ?

IPAG Business School offers several work-study programs, allowing students to earn a degree by alternating between periods of academic training and professional immersion—with tuition fees covered (in full or in part) by the host company.


1. BTS (Bac+2) – Paris & Nice campuses

Schedule: 2 days at school / 3 days at the company.

Available specializations (1st year, unless otherwise stated):

International Trade, Operational Sales Management, SME Management, Communication, Real Estate Professions, Consulting & Marketing of Technical Solutions, Tourism.

Work-study program possible from the start of the program.

2. Bachelor in Management (Bac+3) – Paris, Nice, and Thionville-Luxembourg campuses

Schedule: work-study program possible (3 weeks in a company/1 week of classes) or initial training.

Specializations offered:

Digital Marketing & Communication, Luxury Management, Wealth Management, Accounting & Finance, Entrepreneurship & Business Development, International Business (100% English), Business Tourism & Events, Industrial Management (scheduled to open in September 2026).

3. Grande École Program (PGE – Bac +5, Master's Degree, EFMD accredited) – Paris & Nice Campus

Work-study program available in the 4th and 5th years (generally 2–3 days at school / 2–3 days in a company).

Management & Cultural Engineering (double degree ICP – initial only, work-study version starting in September 2025)

4. MSc (Master of Science) – Online Programs (Bac +5, RNCP Diploma, taught in English)

IPAG offers several MSc programs, available remotely and on a full-time or work-study basis, starting in February or September and lasting 12 or 18 months:

  • Specialization Digital Transformation Manager
  • Specialization Digital Marketing & Data Analysis
  • Sprecialization Digital Entrepreneur & Project Manager

Advantages of work-study programs at IPAG

  • Work-study programs are available for all major programs (BTS, Bachelor's, PGE, MSc), with tuition fees covered (apprenticeship or professional training contract) and remuneration based on the contract and the student's age.
  • Employee status: social benefits, paid leave, etc.
  • High employability: status, dual school/company mentoring, field experience, excellent professional integration (the majority of graduates find a job in less than 6 months, often before the end of the program).
  • Personalized support via the Career Center: assistance with finding a company, career coaching, CV/interview workshops, Career Days, alumni network, etc.
