As an administrator of the school since 1993, Robert FONCK has spent most of his career in the banking sector (Neuflize OBC, Crédit Foncier de France, CIC) in various roles such as CFO, Secretary General, and Director of Human Resources. Mr. FONCK has also served as President of the CPPNI of EPNL, which he helped establish.

CEO of the DELACHAUX Group for nearly 30 years, François DELACHAUX was also Chairman of the IPAG Board of Directors from 2003 to 2017.

Vice-President and Treasurer - Member of the board

After starting his career in mergers and acquisitions, Philippe KRON founded iQuesta - which he managed for 19 years - then Data Driven, before taking over as head of a Synten business unit.

Gilles CARPENTIER spent almost 22 years with Sonia Rykiel, where he was Deputy Managing Director.

A graduate of IPAG, Philippe LUCAS has spent most of his career at SAGEM and SAFRAN, in a variety of positions. He is now a consultant.

Laurent MARTIN SAINT-LEON holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in employment law and human resources, and has been General Delegate of the FDMC (Fédération des Distributeurs de Matériaux de Construction) for over 20 years.

Francis BALLE

Francis BALLE

Francis BALLE holds a doctorate in literature and is a graduate of the Institut d'études politiques de Paris. He is a sociologist and professor of political sciences. Former assistant to Raymond ARON, he was also Director of the Institut Français de Presse and a member of the CSA (Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel).

A graduate from Institut Commercial de Nancy, François ESSERTEL has spent most of his career in banking. In particular, he was head of Crédit Suisse in France for 6 years. He has been CEO of HSBC Private Banking France since 2014 and Market Head Europe International Private Banking since September 2021.

Jérôme FRANTZ

Jérôme FRANTZ holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in intellectual property law and an MBA from HEC Business School. He is also a lawyer, a profession he practiced between 1985 and 1991. He then joined Galvanoplast as Managing Director of the Fédération des industries mécaniques. Since 2021, he has also been Chairman of the MEDEF Statutory and Ethics Committee.

Yves GHIAI-CHAMLOU

Yves GHIAI-CHAMLOU

Yves GHIAÏ-CHAMLOU is an architect. He has also been Professor of Architecture at Berkeley and a lecturer at the California College of the Arts. He has also been a lecturer at IPAG since 2018.

Jean-René LE MEUR

Jean-René LE MEUR

Jean-René LE MEUR is a specialist in employment law and, as such, Director of Social Affairs at FNOGEC and Deputy to the General Delegate for Social Affairs at CEPNL. Previously, he spent several years as an editor with Editions Lamy and Liaisons.

Alain MARTY

Alain MARTY

Graduate of IPAG Business School, Alain MARTY is an entrepreneur in the making and a specialist in networking, a subject to which he has devoted a book entitled "Réseaux d'influence, le guide du networking". He now heads a number of companies and associations, among which the famous Wine & Business Club.

Olivier MONOT

Olivier MONOT

A graduate of IPAG, Olivier MONOT was Managing Director of several companies in the automotive sector (Daimler-Benz Group, ING Car Lease, etc.) before pursuing his career as an entrepreneur. He is now Chairman of his own car rental company, Elpis Car.

Jean-Luc NEYRAUT

Jean-Luc NEYRAUT

Training is at the heart of Jean-Luc NEYRAUT's professional career. As Deputy Director General of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Ile de France region, he was responsible, among other things, for Education, Research and Training. He was also Director of Studies and Director of Masters at HEC Paris, from which he himself graduated. His links with IPAG go back a long way, since he taught there, but above all founded the Nice campus, which he ran for 6 years.

AdministratriceMadame Anne Douaire-Banny Experte en management stratégique et développement de partenariats internationaux, Anne Douaire-Banny œuvre depuis plus de 20 ans au développement de l’enseignement supérieur français. Professeur des Universités, elle a été Doyenne de la Faculté des Lettres de l’Institut Catholique de Paris, avant de rejoindre l’Ambassade de France aux Emirats arabes unis, jusqu’à récemment.
