Board member of the school since 1993, Robert Fonck built most of his career in banking (Neuflize OBC, Crédit Foncier de France, CIC) in roles including Chief Financial Officer, Secretary General, and Human Resources Director. He also served as President of the CPPNI of the EPNL, which he helped to establish.

CEO of the DELACHAUX Group for nearly 30 years, François Delachaux also served as Chairman of the IPAG Board of Directors from 2003 to 2017.

After starting his career in mergers and acquisitions, Philippe Kron founded iQuesta, which he led for 19 years, then Data Driven, before heading a business unit at Synten.

Holder of a DESS in Social Law and Human Resources, Laurent Martin Saint Leon has served for over 20 years as General Delegate of the FDMC (Federation of Building Materials Distributors).

Francis BALLE

Francis BALLE

Doctor of Literature and graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, Francis Balle is a sociologist and political science professor. Former assistant to Raymond Aron, he also served as Director of the French Press Institute and was a member of the CSA (French Audiovisual Council).

Graduate of the Nancy Commercial Institute, François Essertel spent most of his career in banking, including six years as head of Crédit Suisse in France. He is currently CEO of HSBC Private Banking France (since 2014) and Market Head Europe, International Private Banking (since September 2021).

Jérôme FRANTZ

Holder of a DEA in Intellectual Property Law and an MBA from HEC, Jérôme Frantz practiced as a lawyer at the Paris Bar before joining the family business, Frantz Electrolyse, in 1992, leading it until 2017. He has served as President of the Mechanical Industries Federation and the MEDEF Hauts-de-Seine. He is Vice-President of the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center and former Chairman of the Statutory and Ethics Committee of the French Business Movement (MEDEF).

Yves GHIAI-CHAMLOU

Yves GHIAI-CHAMLOU

Renowned architect and member of the Academy of Architecture, Yves Ghiaï-Chamlou taught architecture at Berkeley and gave lectures at the California College of the Arts and the École Spéciale d’Architecture. He has been a member of the IPAG Board of Directors since 2018.

Jean-René LE MEUR

Jean-René LE MEUR

Specialist in labor law, Jean-René Le Meur is Director of Social Affairs at FNOGEC and Deputy to the General Delegate for Social Affairs at CEPNL. He previously worked as an editor for Lamy and Liaisons publishing houses.

Alain MARTY

An IPAG graduate, Alain Marty is a serial entrepreneur and a networking expert, author of Réseaux d’influence: le guide du networking. He currently heads several companies and associations, including the renowned Wine & Business Club.

Olivier MONOT

Olivier MONOT

An IPAG alumnus, Olivier Monot is a consultant specializing in the automotive, leasing, and mobility sectors. He served as General Manager for multiple companies in the automotive industry (Daimler-Benz Group, Alphabet) before pursuing a career as an entrepreneur.

Jean-Luc NEYRAUT

Jean-Luc Neyraut has a career focused on education. Associate Professor at HEC Montreal, former Deputy General Manager in charge of teaching, research, and training at CCI Paris Île-de-France, and former Deputy General Manager at HEC Paris. Co-founder of IPAG Nice, he also chairs IPAG’s Development Committee.

Administratrice

Expert in strategic management and international partnership development, Anne Douaire-Banny has spent over 20 years advancing French higher education. A university professor, she was Dean of the Faculty of Letters at the Institut Catholique de Paris before joining the French Embassy in the United Arab Emirates until recently.
