A few weeks before they enter the job market, our future graduates of the Grande École (Bac+5), MBA (Bac+5) and Bachelor (Bac+3) programmes, as well as a few young alumni, were able to take part in a new and original recruitment forum on 10 June.
Organised by IPAG's Career Center, this event was preceded by a series of workshops (CV preparation, simulated interviews, etc.) as well as presentations by companies (LCL, Matera, Page Personnel, etc.), the 1to9 by IPAG incubator and the VIE contract offered by Business France. In addition, a major conference on AI and human resources enabled students to understand how recruitment robots work in order to better tame them.
On the day, more than forty companies (start-ups, SMEs, ETIs and large groups) offered, on their respective virtual stands, nearly 130 offers (permanent and permanent contracts) corresponding to the profile of our students. From 2pm to 7pm, 15-minute job dating sessions took place, sometimes leading to promises of employment, proposals for a new interview or a later meeting.
In a few days, the series of events organised around this forum will end with a workshop on the theme of salary negotiation so that our students can calmly address the question of their remuneration when they sign their first contract.
For IPAG, this forum was an opportunity to consolidate its relations with its historical partners (Randstad, Auchan, LCL, Caisse d'Épargne...) and to mark the beginning of new collaborations with other companies such as Accenture, Doctolib, LIDL, Mazars...
