On the 4th February, as every year since 2015, our Career Center organised the Negoc'IPAG exam in which our 5th year students of the Grande Ecole Programme took part. For the companies present, this challenge offers the opportunity to take a fresh look at the issues of their choice and to identify the talents of tomorrow. For our students, Negoc'IPAG is a unique opportunity to put their negotiation skills into practice and to showcase their creativity to seasoned professionals.
Due to the health context, the 6th edition of Negoc'IPAG has been digitised but this year, 5th year students from all the courses of the Grande Ecole Programme, from both the Paris and Nice campuses, were able to take part in the event. To challenge them, we have solicited ten companies with which we have been partners for several years:
On the fringe of the exam, workshops were led by the student association Rhétor'IPAG or our historical partner Randstad. Also, two masterclasses on the theme of negotiation and emotion management were given by a professional poker player and a former GIGN negotiator.
At the end of this challenge, each participating company chose the student who best responded to the practical case proposed to them. Congratulations to the winners: Jules, Aïda, Joseph, Anaïs, Kilian, Mohamed, Juliette, Nicolas, Julien and Clémence who managed to seduce their respective juries.
See you next year, on the new Beaugrenelle campus, for the 7th edition of Negoc'IPAG.
