Learning from the past and changing the way we manage!
A new era is upon us, and it requires us to make fundamental changes to the way we manage.
Remote management, in line with today's complex business ecosystem, is a response to changes in our working methods, our methods of communication, the digitalisation of tasks and individual and collective commitments.
The aim of this training is to meet new performance requirements in organisations and to develop new key skills to enable operational and local managers to succeed in their missions.
At the end of the course, each participant will have revisited his or her management approach and defined personal development paths.
