Béchir Ben Lahouel is an associate Professor of Management, Business Ethics and CSR at IPAG Business School (France). He is a senior scientific advisor within the Chair IPAG “Towards and Inclusive Company”. He is also a researcher at the ESSEC Chair of change (France). He holds a PhD in Management Science from the University of Corsica Pasquale Paoli (France). Before joining IPAG, he was the Director of the Master II program in Hospitality Management at the University of Cergy-Pontoise. His research revolves primarily around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Management, Diversity & Change Management, Performance and Efficiency Measurement, etc. He has published his work in several academic journals such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Finance Research Letters, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Organizational Change Management, European Business Review, Markets, Bankers & Investors, Environmental Economics and Policy Studies, Recherches en Sciences de Gestion, Question(s) de Management
