EVOLVE, TRAIN, TRANSFORM

We don't know what kind of world will emerge after the Covid-19 pandemic, we just know that it won't be the same as before.

In this increasingly complex environment, with a particularly difficult economic context and a world of work that is changing in depth, training is becoming a necessity to update one's practices, make them evolve and stay in the race.

But it can also be an opportunity to evolve, to anticipate new trends, to develop innovative business models and a global vision, to define new strategic directions, to be among the leaders of tomorrow in your organisation.

And because every change is a source of opportunity, it can also be an opportunity to rethink one's career path, to move into new areas of expertise in order to transform and reinvent one's career path, for greater meaning and impact.

Whatever your needs and your professional project, IPAG Business School is there to support you, on the classic themes of a business school as well as on the more specific ones arising from our Research Chairs!

OUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE

CSR AND INCLUSION Unfold all Fold all

Issues of responsibility and performance have never been so intertwined, and are no longer just short-term requirements but long-term objectives.

CSR and the drive for inclusion and diversity are all opportunities to meet the growing expectations of customers and other stakeholders, to innovate and to adapt to changes in the economic context towards a functional, circular and collaborative economy. CSR is also an asset for retaining employees and a real tool for integrating generation Y, who overwhelmingly believe that companies should get involved in societal issues and facilitate their own personal involvement (as consumers or employees) in these issues.

To respond to these opportunities, organisations need managers capable of proposing cross-functional projects, assessing their economic, social and environmental consequences, and managing their implementation.

IPAG Business School's ambition is to train managers capable of implementing an inclusive, sustainable and humane policy.

The programmes offered by IPAG Business School on these themes are based on a strong partnership with the IPAG ‘Inclusive Enterprise’ Chair, whose work is based on close cooperation between academia and the business world.  The Chair, headed by Dr Maria-Giuseppina BRUNA, contributes to the development and dissemination of knowledge and good practice around social inclusion in the workplace, organisational agility and innovation (managerial and economic). It attaches fundamental importance to the management of CSR and diversity initiatives, to societal audit as a vector for socio-organisational transformation, and to the management of diverse teams. It is committed to social cohesion, regional dynamism and sustainable growth. Agile leadership and the development of networks of change agents are the main thrusts of her work.

ENERGY AND ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION Unfold all Fold all

Our economy's dependence on fossil fuels and a range of exhaustible resources puts us at risk of serious shortages and dangers. A profound and rapid change in economic models and production methods is essential.

Ten years ago, IPAG Business School set up a research laboratory specialising in Environmental Economics. The IPAG Chair in Environment, Climate Change and Energy Transition (ECCET) was created in 2016 and studies cooperation between southern and northern Mediterranean countries on energy transition issues. It conducts research projects to assess the potential and impact of European policies in the fields of industry, the environment and energy. It also examines the functioning of the European carbon market and the social, economic and environmental effects of global warming.

Since 2013, the Chair has also been organising the ISEFI (International Symposium on Environment and Energy Finance Issues) academic conference, which brings together some of the world's leading specialists to discuss issues and prospects relating to finance, climate change and energy markets. For the past 2 years, it has also been organising the Innovations for the energy and environmental transition, aimed at companies and investors involved in the Energy and Ecological Transition.

To meet the urgent need for awareness-raising and learning, IPAG Business School has set up a Master's 2 in Management and Energy & Ecological Transition to combine their respective expertise and offer excellent training tailored to future decision-makers.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP & SME Unfold all Fold all

IPAG Business School offers an entrepreneurial ecosystem based on teaching, research, and promotion. These three pillars interact and ensure complementarity between academic and business ecosystems, while promoting strong values such as commitment and solidarity.des valeurs fortes que sont l’engagement et la solidarité.

With research conducted by the Chair in Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, and Performance, focusing on SMEs, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation, IPAG Business School is part of a societal renewal reflected in increased entrepreneurial intent and activity, as well as in thinking about digital tools and strategies for businesses.

This chair draws on European projects such as Erasmus+ and H2020, and its research is fueled by social and solidarity projects carried out internally as part of initial training, which serve as areas of scientific research, such as support for disadvantaged entrepreneurs (prisoners, seniors, people with disabilities, etc.).
