Projects have become essential to innovation and change for organisations, therefore investing in project management can generate greater profits for businesses.
However, projects are complex and present unique challenges, which means that developing people skills, the adoption of best practices and the increase of cooperation across business lines are required.
This training will enable you to acquire a project management methodology, identify the tools needed to conduct each phase of the project and finally develop more effective project management behaviours.

1. Ensuring a good start to the project
• What's a project?
• The stages of a project
• Why does it work?
• Defining missions and roles
• Understand the needs of the "customer" and conduct a discovery interview
• Formalise the framework note and contractualise the objectives.
2. Plan the project
• Split the project into tasks and identify resources
• Evaluating and planning activities with the PERT and GANTT method
• Define resource allocation
• Build a budget integrating the different costs
• Define management and communication modes
• Launch the start of the project
3. Implement and monitor project progress
• Bring the project team to life by clarifying the role of the project manager
• Building the monitoring dashboard
• Organise progress reviews for each player
• Encourage and maintain team involvement
4. Ensuring the success of the project
• Anticipate and manage project risks
• Integrate agile project concepts
• Supporting the position of project manager

Elisabeth PLAOUTINE HIGELIN
After 20 years of professional experience in marketing and purchasing in the consumer goods and retail sector in management and executive positions (strategy director, marketing director), Elisabeth created her own coaching business in 2011. For the past 10 years, she has been coaching individuals and teams, and providing training on management, personal development and training of trainers.
