Course Structure

The Doctorate of Business Administration is a doctoral programme designed for experienced managers wishing to give momentum to their careers.

In 3 years, the IPAG DBA enables students to undertake extensive in-depth research of a chosen topic and to write a thesis with a supervisor, who is an expert in the area that they choose to research.

The DBA’s syllabus is mixed and includes taught modules, seminars and exchanges across the world, undertaken in Paris, Guangzhou, and Shanghai.

Modules and Seminars

The DBA modules cover the general and cross-disciplinary aspects of intercultural management, entrepreneurship, project management, and CSR. Over 3 years, 600 hours of teaching is undertaken online.

The research topic is entirely up to the student. Whatever the subject, IPAG will find an expert supervisor that will be able to accompany, advise, and answer any questions you may have as well as guide you throughout your research and drafting.

The DBA includes a number of hours dedicated to research workshops. During these, students will meet, share their experience, knowledge, research findings as well as their advice on research methods.
