MBA in International Human Resource Management
The MBA in International Human Resource Management is an 18-month course. It is open to students having completed at least 4 years of studies (Bac+4 or equivalent). Students having completed 3 years of studies can choose to study the MBA in 24 months. It covers international management as well as human resources in a diverse and multicultural context.
Human resource management on an international scale requires specific competencies and specialised managers. The MBA International Human Resource Management aims to train such managers, covering comparative employment law, international recruitment techniques as well as international mobility management.
To manage when faced with diversity, the course teaches social relation optimization in a multicultural context, as well as team building and employee personal development.
The MBA International Human Resource Management includes:
