The General Management Degree Programme is a state recognised 5-year degree. It is aimed at both current and future managers and will enable you to reinforce your managerial competencies and determine a career plan based on versatile, ethical, and inclusive management within a company. The General Management Degree Programme is adapted to your professional schedule. The modules are taught fortnightly, on Fridays and Saturdays.
Developed in partnership with the IPAG “Towards an Inclusive Enterprise” research Chair, the General Management Degree Programme is based on the most up to date results in management, leadership, and CSR research.
The General Management Degree Programme has a clear digital focus. Part taught in e-learning, it includes a number of web modules as well as a Business Game simulating company management to better apply theoretical knowledge acquired on the course.
To better define career goals, all students benefit from individual career coaching that will enable them to identify key turning points in their future careers.
The course is available on a flexible schedule (36 days of class + 12 e-learning days) in a number of blocks that can be undertaken over 5 years, and incorporates individual coaching aimed at training ethical managers, who focus on the greater good, fully understanding the nature of their responsibilities while navigating complex, and uncharted horizons.
Aligned with IPAG’s Ethics and CSR policy, the course demonstrates that sustainable development is achieved through the balance of economic, social, and environmental factors.
The General Management Degree Programme is open to students having completed a 4-year degree.
