Issam Mejri is a professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at IPAG Business School. He defended his thesis entitled “Internationalization of Hi-Tech SMEs from emerging economies: an opportunity-based view" in November 2017 at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis. He was a finalist of the thesis prize in international business at the ATLAS-AFMI. He is also Visiting Professor at Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. He has over 10 years’ experience in teaching strategy Innovation and Entrepreneurship to a large range of audiences. Passionate about entrepreneurship and start-ups, his research interests revolve around international entrepreneurship, inclusive entrepreneurship and family entrepreneurship. He has published in academic journals such as Global Business and Organizational Excellence (GBOE) and Revue Marché et organization.
