If asked to define myself in a nutshell, I am a Project Manager.

For more than 20 years, I have carried out several assignments, as an employee or as a volunteer, which have allowed me to demonstrate my passion for people, organizations, and performance with respect for the Human being.

From a law firm to large international groups such as General Electric or Credit Mutuel, my natural plasticity has enabled me to adapt to any kind of organization. In my last assignments at GE, I was directly reporting to the CIO EMEA and the board of directors.

My curiosity led me to change jobs often and develop unique expertise, from the Law university benches to management sciences and diversity studies as an associate researcher at the IPAG Chair “Toward an Inclusive Company”, led by Prof. Bruna.

An activist for three generations, I particularly fight injustices, racism and anti-Semitism.

Since 2018, I add a new string to my bow, handicap. Going beyond this disability to continue my life in a world made for able-bodied ones had required motivation, method and pugnacity.

Unwillingly exploring this new world has allowed me to find my place in the research community at the IPAG “Towards an Inclusive Company” Research Chair.

Master II Research report “diversity and Inclusion achieving: idealist dream or real prospective company politics” Inclusion Prize : organization & society.
