Digital is transforming purchasing processes and communication with brands: over half of French people buy online, watch videos or TV programmes online, look up product reviews before buying and make use of social media to submit and read reviews*. This trend is certainly going to keep growing and therefore, a greater understanding of digital marketing and data analysis will be required. This is exactly what our online digital marketing course provides.
Digital marketing encompasses all marketing techniques that use digital media and resulting data (big data). It essentially covers marketing applications linked to the Internet (webmarketing), but also those linked to mobile telephones, tablets, geo-tracking and other applications. You will learn about all of this if you choose to study an online digital marketing course with IPAG.
Even though it is inseparable from and runs alongside offline or “traditional" marketing, digital marketing differs in many aspects that offer a real breakthrough and a new paradigm. A few examples of this include closer and more direct relations with consumers, often in real time, performance marketing, based on economies of scale, and of course, the use of data, tracking and algorithms.
Our MSc Data Analysis & Digital Marketing Course is an online programme that aims to train the marketing professionals of tomorrow, capable of defining a digital strategy using the solid foundations of data analysis and mastery of the ethical issues surrounding the protection and use of personal data.
The training aims at the certification Operational Manager of Activities of Ascencia, of level 7, codes NSF 310p, 310m and 310, registered with the RNCP under the number 35585 by decision of France Compétences on May 19, 2024. This certification is also accessible via VAE.

MSC DIGITAL MARKETING & DATA ANALYSIS To find out more
At a time when more than half of people in France buy, consult or review products online, webmarketing plays a major role in the strategic management of many companies. As they constantly seek online visibility, they turn to digital professionals to ensure growth and optimise the use of digital data in their ecosystems. A high-level qualification, such as our MSc Digital Marketing & Data Analysis (masters-level, French RNCP level 7), will enable you to acquire the various skills you need to pursue the jobs of the future in this fast-growing and constantly changing sector.
Alongside more traditional offline marketing, webmarketing is now crucial for all companies that want to communicate with a new audience, convert them and build their loyalty. However, to be able to use the main forms of digital marketing leverage (such as natural referencing on Google, or 'SEO', social media marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email campaigns and affiliate marketing), you need specific technical skills. These can be acquired by taking a specific course in digital marketing and data management. Attractive to recruiters, this type of masters-level qualification will open the doors to many companies for you.
Our course has been designed to help you develop essential managerial, technical and interpersonal skills with core classes, specialised teaching, opportunities to put your knowledge into practice and complementary personalised workshops.
The common core of all our Masters of Science includes four modules:
Specialised classes in the MSc Digital Marketing & Data Analysis will enable you to develop dual professional expertise:
Digital Marketing
Data analysis
Alongside this, the Executive Certificate will enable you to widen the range of your knowledge by choosing one or several of the following paths, according to your career aspirations:
You will take a skills assessment in order to adapt your "Soft Skills Path" to your profile and plans, specifically with a view to online learning, with modules such as "Learn to learn" and "Managing your personal and work life". Lastly, you will write and defend a masters dissertation, which can be on an academic or operational topic in the field of digital marketing, data management or data analysis.
Our MSc Digital Marketing & Data Analysis can be taken in either 12 or 24 months.
If you are a managerial-level employee, but you do not have the required qualification (three or four years of higher education, Bachelor's, level 5 French RNCP qualification), you can take our MSc if you have at least 10 years of experience.
Enrolment is based on an application (cover letter, proof of identity, copy of latest qualifications and academic transcript) and a half-hour interview. For further information about our enrolment procedure or the programme in general, please write to us at the following address: online@ipag.fr.
