HR has become an essentially digital occupation without losing any part of its human dimensions.

Human resource functions have been through a number of changes since the advent of digital technology. Without sacrificing its human essence, the HR profession has seen digital and automated technology impose their presence across all spheres of the occupation: automated payroll, sourcing and outsourcing services, overwhelming presence of social media and job boards, etc. On a worldwide scale, almost 122 million interviews and 35 million recruitments are done via LinkedIn. *

The HR market has therefore been obliged to restructure around a new paradigm and new methods. If you are seeking to build a career in a specialised firm or a dedicated department, the "Digital HR" major in our "Management & Technology" Bachelor of Science degree programme is for you. You will learn all the technical and regulatory skills required to support the digital transition of this key activity.

Alongside your core subjects, which are resolutely oriented to management and soft skills, you will also cover all the technical aspects of the activity: personnel administration, HRIS tools, forward skills/workforce planning (GPEC), etc. You will need to be at home in a universe that requires rigour, flexibility, attentiveness, and inventiveness.
